Sarah Canavan selected to NorCal State PDP team for Gothia Cup in Sweden.  16-year-old Sarah Canavan from the Breakers U19 team has been selected to represent the NorCal League from all players born in the 2003 and 2002 years.  As a 2003 player, Sarah will be a year younger than some of her competitors and team mates. The Gothia Cup is considered the World Cup of youth soccer and has a rich history of international competition.  Sarah was also selected as the MVP of the SCCAL in high school, as only a sophomore. We wish her the best of luck representing the NorCal State team and Santa Cruz Breakers Soccer Club in Sweden. The tournament takes place from July 14th - July 21st.  The Norcal State team is playing in a prestigious invite-only flight.
